Proliferating Cell Nedear Antigen (PCAN) has been widely used for the study of tumor proliferation activity in recent years. In this paper, PCAN and CEA were detected in normal esophageal mucosa, epithelial dysplasia and squamous cell carcinoma, and their clinical pathological significance was discussed. 1Materials and methods Cases from our hospital from September 1994 to February 1996 were performed on 50 cases of esophageal cancer surgical resection (level I).
