我科1984年4月～1989年2月采用0.5％灭滴灵注射液,行上颌窦穿刺灌注治疗慢性上颌窦炎205例,疗效满意。资料与方法一、一般资料:205例患者中,男167例,女38 例。年龄17～50岁,病程1～20年。均经上颌窦穿刺或X线检查,证实慢性上颌窦炎。多数患者曾用滴鼻剂,上颌窦穿刺并灌注不同药物治疗,疗效欠佳。二、方法:先行上颌窦穿刺,用盐水冲洗窦腔,灌注0.5％灭滴灵注射液5ml,每周2次。厌氧菌感染 Our department from April 1984 to February 1989 0.5% metronidazole injection, maxillary sinus perfusion treatment of chronic maxillary sinus 205 cases, the effect is satisfactory.
