俗话说:“宁可食无馔,不可饭无汤”。这是说,吃饭时没有菜,只要有一碗好汤,照样可以吃得津津有味。古今中外的膳食各有所长,但无论哪个国家,都把餐桌上的一碗汤当作必不可少的营养佳品。然而,随着科学养生保健理论的普及,关于“喝汤进补”的诸多传统正受到新健康观念的挑战。很多人勤于煲汤,却不知道喝汤的诸多禁忌,更不清楚自己适合喝什么样的汤。
As the saying goes: “rather edible, no food without soup ”. This means that there is no food when eating, as long as there is a good bowl of soup, still can eat relish.
