这里介绍一种提高热锻模寿命的方法——模腔几何形状还原法。众所周知,热锻模普遍的损坏形式是模膛内产生塑性变形(见图1),这不但会引起锻件尺寸发生变化,还会造成锻件出模困难。金相分析表明,变形最大部分1、2,在使用过程中出现了组织转变,深度达6mm。在表层以下0.03mm处为铁素体区,其显微硬度为Hul.64Ha。铁素体以下为弥散度很小的索氏体,硬度为HRC31.5~36,这部分组织造成了模具材料的软化,其特点是没有按针状马氏体取向的索氏体。还原法的过程如图2所示。从首批锻件中取出一件作为主锻件,不切边,
Here is a way to improve the life of the hot die - cavity geometry reduction method.
