电子束冷床熔炼工艺作为一种新熔炼技术,可应用于生产航空发动机转动件用优质钛合金和回收残钛。利用500kW电子束冷床熔炼设备,研究了熔炼速度与Ti64合金铸锭化学成分和TiN夹杂溶解速度的关系。熔炼速度分别为70,100,140kg/h时,Al挥发损失分别为22%、16%、12%。经超声探伤,在熔炼电极中加入的TiN夹杂能够全部消除。所熔炼的铸锭外部是均匀的柱状晶粒,心部是细小的晶粒。
Electron beam cold-bed melting process as a new smelting technology can be applied to the production of aero-engine rotating parts with high-quality titanium and titanium residue recovery. The relationship between the smelting speed and the chemical composition of Ti64 alloy ingot and the dissolution rate of TiN inclusions was studied by means of 500kW electron beam cooled bed smelting equipment. Al smelting losses were 22%, 16% and 12% respectively when smelting rates were 70, 100 and 140 kg / h, respectively. After ultrasonic testing, TiN inclusions added to the melting electrode can be completely eliminated. The outside of the smelting ingot is uniform columnar grains, the heart is a small grain.
