探讨应激状态下血清白细胞介素2(IL2)含量变化及其与多器官衰竭(MOF)的关系。应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定45例急性危重病患者应激状态下血清IL2含量的动态变化。结果:急性危重患者血清IL2水平于第1天即明显下降(P<0.01),第3~5天达最低浓度;IL2含量下降与应激严重程度呈负相关;MOF患者于应激早期血清IL2下降程度较非MOF者更为显著。提示:动态观察血清IL2含量变化有助于了解患者病情程度和预后判断。
To investigate the changes of serum interleukin 2 (IL2) and its relationship with multiple organ failure (MOF) under stress. Serum levels of IL2 in 45 acute critically ill patients were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Serum levels of IL2 in acute critically ill patients decreased significantly (P <0.01) on day 1 and reached the lowest level on days 3 to 5; the decrease of IL2 level was negatively correlated with the severity of stress; Serum IL2 decreased more significantly than non-MOF. Tip: Dynamic observation of serum IL2 levels help to understand the patient’s condition and prognosis.
