陕西宁强大安超基性岩体在元古代末发生侵位后,曾经历了两期纤蛇纹石化和叶蛇纹石化作用,形成了“水镁石-纤蛇纹石石棉矿床”。其成棉作用在2-3km深处约300-500m范围内进行,按棉脉发育的规模,在垂直方向上分为三带。石棉纤维生长方向,取决于应力的性质,横棉与张应力有关,纵棉受剪应力控制,而斜棉受张剪性应力控制。最后,提出了该矿床形成的模式。
