不同地域存在着较大文化差异,进而影响企业跨地区经营成效。本文在对我国南北地域文化冲突进行对比分析的基础上,探索地域文化冲突对跨地域企业经营管理的影响,并提出了企业跨地域经营中解决文化冲突问题的基本对策。
There are large cultural differences in different regions, thus affecting the effectiveness of cross-regional business operations. Based on the contrastive analysis of the cultural conflict between the North and South of China, this article explores the impact of the regional cultural conflict on the management of the trans-regional business and puts forward the basic countermeasures to solve the cultural conflict in the trans-regional management.
