从1982年宪法颁布至今,经过二十多年的发展,中国宪法学研究逐步呈现出繁荣景象,取得令世人瞩目的成就,这与一批具有深厚历史责任感和扎实理论功底的学者的努力是分不开的,苏州大学法学院的杨海坤教授就是其中的一位典型代表。杨教授不仅是一位潜心耕耘的学者,一名桃李芬芳的名师,更是一位中国宪政建设的参与者、见证者和助力者,是宪法学界公认的拓荒者和带头人。本文拟从杨教授宪法学研究的思想理论和治学风格等方面,展示这位宪法学人的人格魅力、学术品格以及其对中国宪法学事业的杰出贡献。
Since the promulgation of the Constitution in 1982 to the present, after more than two decades of development, the study of constitutional law in China has gradually shown a prosperous scene and made remarkable achievements. This is in line with the efforts of a group of scholars with a profound sense of historical responsibility and solid theoretical foundation. Not open, Professor Yang Haikun of Suzhou University Law School is one of the typical representatives. Professor Yang is not only a devoted scholar, a teacher of peaches and plums, but also a participant, witness and facilitator of constitutional government in China. It is a recognized pioneer and leader of the constitutional scholarship. This article intends to demonstrate the charisma and academic character of this constitutionalist and his outstanding contribution to the cause of constitutional science in China from the aspects of his theory and mode of study.
