目的探讨非离子造影剂不良反应发生特点。材料与方法:统计分析10081例使用非离子造影剂调查表中不良反应发生情况。结果本调查表中三种非离子造影剂的不良反应发生率为0.33%～0.67%;Logistic回归分析显示:年龄是发生不良反应的主要危险因素。结论:非离子造影剂不是绝对安全,少数患者会发生不同程度的不良反应。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of non-ionic contrast agent adverse reactions. Materials and Methods: A total of 10081 non-ionic contrast agents were used to investigate the adverse reactions in the questionnaire. Results The adverse reactions of three nonionic contrast agents in this questionnaire ranged from 0.33% to 0.67%. Logistic regression analysis showed that age was the major risk factor for adverse reactions. Conclusion: Nonionic contrast agents are not completely safe, and a minority of patients experience varying degrees of adverse reactions.
