新中国成立以来,我国事业单位的工资制度主要经历了四次重大改革,从这四次改革的经验中我们可以看出,现有的工资体制已经不能够适应中国社会主义市场经济的发展,改革势在必行。
Since the founding of New China, the wage system in our country has mainly undergone four major reforms. From the experience of the four reforms, we can see that the existing wage system has been unable to adapt to the development of the socialist market economy in China and that reform Imperative.
