在网络社会,网络文化的全球性和统一性的特征得到了充分的强调,然而,网络的地方性却被淡化甚至忽略了。网络的地方空间不仅客观存在,而且是彰显网民主体和网络文化差异性的基本场景。网络地方与地域相关,但更多地体现为特定的网络生活空间。回归地方,应包括地理上的地方网络文化、情感上的地方存在感、价值上的地方意义感。网络文化建设需要回到地方空间,从网民个体情感与社群活动中探寻“地方”的文化意涵,通过网络地方文化建构体现网络清朗文明。
In cyber society, the global and unified characteristics of cyberculture have been fully emphasized. However, the cyberpublikeness has been diluted or even ignored. The local space of the network not only exists objectively, but also is the basic scene that demonstrates the difference between the Internet users and the network culture. Websites are geographically relevant, but more often embodied as specific online spaces. Return to the place, should include the geography of the local network culture, emotional place of existence, the value of the sense of place. The construction of network culture needs to go back to the local space and explore the cultural connotation of “local ” from the individual emotions and community activities of netizens. The online cultural construction embodies network clear and bright civilization through network local cultural construction.
