韦××男55岁门诊号0192481988年1月14日就诊。服六神丸后双眼视力下降伴色觉改变5天。1月9日患者因牙痛,自服六神丸一次共30粒。服药后约1个半小时,出现视力障碍,视物皆呈黄色,持续一天,自觉出现视野中央暗影。眼部检查:双眼视力均为0.1,矫正视力均为+1.75D.S→0.4。双眼角膜透明,KP(-),房水清晰,瞳孔圆形直径3～4mm,光反应存在,晶体皮质微混浊,玻璃体透明,视乳头境界清楚无充血,黄斑中心光反射变
