目的检测番茄红素(LP)对大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)所致缺血再灌注模型大鼠认知功能的影响。方法制备MCAO模型大鼠,使用Morris水迷宫及Y迷宫实验检测LP对模型大鼠认知功能的影响。结果 MCAO术后大鼠水迷宫平均游泳速度显著下降,Y迷宫学会逃避电击所需训练次数显著增加。LP低剂量及高剂量大鼠与模型组大鼠比较,水迷宫平均游泳速度显著增加,Y迷宫学会逃避电击所需训练次数显著减少。结论番茄红素改善缺血再灌注模型大鼠的认知功能损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of lycopene (LP) on the cognitive function of rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Methods MCAO model rats were prepared, Morris water maze and Y-maze test were used to detect the effect of LP on cognitive function in model rats. Results The average swimming speed of rats in water maze decreased significantly after MCAO, and the number of training needed to avoid electric shock of Y maze increased significantly. LP low dose and high dose rats compared with the model group rats, water maze average swimming speed increased significantly, Y maze learn to avoid electric shock required training times significantly reduced. Conclusions Lycopene improves cognitive impairment in rats with ischemia - reperfusion injury.
