建筑腐蚀与防护是一门综合性的边缘性的技术科学,随着生产、建设的发展,已越来越被人们所认识、重视和掌握。实践证明,在生产和使用过程中,厂房建筑都普遍存在着程度不同的腐蚀问题。这类腐蚀的特点:一是腐蚀形态繁多,常见的有大气腐蚀、土壤腐蚀、水腐蚀、酸、碱、盐腐蚀、高温氧化腐蚀、电腐蚀、应力腐蚀等等;二是腐蚀范围广泛,屋盖、墙体、主体结构、楼地面、地基基础等厂房建筑的重要部位均遭受腐蚀;三是危害性大,厂房建筑腐蚀损伤,致使维修频繁,影响生产安全,甚至招致严重破坏,易地重建的不良恶果,造成国民经济巨大损失。建筑防腐技术工作已成为工业建筑体系中不可缺少的组成部分。要做好工业建筑防腐工作,确保防腐工程质量,首先应从做好防腐设计入手,在厂房布置、结构体型、节点构造等方面采取合理的设防,在选材上采用有效的防腐蚀材料,做到因地制宜,经济合理,以控制腐蚀介质的作用,保证厂房正常使用;其次,施工单位要组织和培养防腐专业施工队伍,确保工程施工质量;生产单位对厂房要合理使用,建立管理和维修制度;科研单位尤应尽快地研制出行之有效的新品种防腐材料和控制腐蚀的新技术。目前,从事腐蚀控制工作的一些单位已做出了许多成绩,积累了不少宝贵经验,预期将推动我国建筑防腐事业的更快发展。
