Objective: To investigate the relationship between three kinds of intravenous drip rate of levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection and the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients, so as to provide reference for clinical safety medication. Methods: By observing the infusion rate of 0.2% levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection in 200 patients, the effects of three different infusion rates on adverse reactions were observed. Results: The total incidence of side effects caused by 0.2% levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection at three different infusion rates was 10.00%. However, at the mid-speed (33 drops / min) and slow (25 drops / The incidence of adverse reactions was the lowest, with the highest rate of rapid (50 drops / min) instillation; the adverse reactions of rapid drip were relieved or disappeared after slow drip rate. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between infusion rate of levofloxacin injection and incidence of adverse reactions. Slow drip infusion can help reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
