经济全球化使工会面对的劳动关系日趋复杂。作为劳动者代表的工会,不仅要维护职工的经济权益,也要维护职工的精神需求权益。企业文化所强调的人是一切管理的出发和归属的人文特征,决定了工会与企业文化的联系,工会组织参与企业文化建设是履行工会社会职能的具体要求。工会作为企业各项活动的重要组织之一,其得天独厚的群众基础条件,决定了其在企业文化建设中具有举足轻重的作用。
Economic globalization has made labor relations faced by trade unions increasingly complicated. Trade unions, represented by workers, must not only safeguard the economic rights and interests of workers but also safeguard their spiritual needs and rights. The person emphasized by the corporate culture is the departure and ownership of all humanities. It determines the connection between the trade unions and the corporate culture. The union’s participation in the corporate culture construction is the specific requirement of fulfilling the social functions of the trade unions. As one of the important organizations in various activities of an enterprise, the unions have a unique mass base and determine their pivotal role in the building of an enterprise culture.
