随着新课程改革不断推进和普及,教育对教学提出了更高的要求,当然高中语文的教学也不例外。在新课改的背景下,高中语文教学中,教师应当加强学生的素质教育,提高学生的综合素质。然而,在高中语文的教学中,不难发现,仍然存在着严重的两极分化现象:有的学生语文成绩很好,在学习过程中没有什么障碍;有的学生语文成绩较差,在学习上有些吃力。在新的教育形势下,高中语文教师应当在教学中加强对这些语文学困生的教学,采取行之有效的教学方法,帮助语文学困生解决在语文学习过程中所遇到的问题,从而提高学困生的语文成绩。主要针对高中语文学困生现状分析及转化策略研究作了简要的阐述。
