儿童歌曲问题是一个重要问题。造成目前状况的原因很多,我们从音乐工作者自身来看,主要是我们创作的儿童歌曲数量不足,质量不适,传播更差。学校小文化环境受社会大文化环境影响很大,这需要从社会音乐生活、家庭音乐生活及学校音乐生活三方面来解决。不综合整治是不能收效的。至于本文所说流行歌曲只是一个体裁概念,我们认为不太恰当或者说不够全面,这既有体裁问题也有内容问题。通俗音乐有很好的特性——易于普及,但普及到一定程度就有了提高问题。当然,不能老是“小放牛”,也不能老是“人手足刀尺”,一旦普及了,立即就有一个提高问题。至于孩子(特别是幼儿)适不适合总是唱“有劲”的歌曲而不及其他,更有一个教育工作的问题。教育是人类最具目的性的社会行为,这不能完全只考虑儿童“喜欢不喜欢”的问题……。总之,这一问题牵涉问题很多,又很重要,值得深入讨论,更需要作曲工作者本着对社会、人民、国家和下一代的成长的责任感,写出更多更好的作品。

As for children (especially young children), it is not appropriate to always sing “energetic” songs and so on. There is a more educational problem than any other. Education is the most purposeful social behavior of mankind. It can not completely consider only the issue of children “like it or not.” In short, this issue involves many issues and is very important. It deserves further discussion. It also requires that composers write more and better works based on their sense of responsibility for the growth of the society, people, nations and next generation.
