半热态挤压是金属压力加工的一种先进有效的方法。半热态挤压法能保证获得在精度和光洁度方面略次于用冷挤压法加工的零件,在单位压力大大降低的情况下能以大的变形程度加工高碳钢及合金钢。半热态挤压的温度范围是根据钢种、变形速度及工具的许用单位压力来确定的。
Semi-hot extrusion is an advanced and effective method of metal pressure machining. The semi-thermal extrusion method ensures that the parts that are slightly inferior in precision and finish to those produced by cold extrusion are machined and the high-carbon and alloy steels can be machined to a large degree of deformation with greatly reduced unit pressure. Semi-hot extrusion temperature range is based on steel, deformation speed and allowable unit of pressure tools to determine.
