心电图的电子计算机分析程序,一般可分为三大类:(1)将输入的心电图图形与计算机存贮的标准图形进行比较,并输出百分比可能性式的诊断(1,2);(2)用福利埃级数等数学表达式,对心电图进行定量分析(2);(3)根据临床诊断标准和逻辑,用分枝形式,顺序判别,进行诊断,称为波尔代数式程序。我们按照(3)的方式、编制了适用于国产中型通用电子计算机的。Frank导联系统X.Y.Z轴心电图的分析程序,简称为QH—1程序。它适合在心电图普查的初筛工作中使用,充分发挥电子计算机的特点,在短时间内分析大量心电图,缩短普查周期,有利于加强心脏血管疾病的防治工作,对保证高原地区人员的身体健康,更有实际意义。
