目的观察三氯苯达唑、吡喹酮治疗大鼠斯氏狸殖吸虫病的疗效。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分成6组:三氯苯达唑治疗A组与B组、吡喹酮治疗A组与B组、对照A组与B组,每组5只大鼠。将斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴经腹腔注射感染6组大鼠,每只大鼠注射15个囊蚴。治疗A、B组分别于感染后30d和60d用相应药物治疗,用药后第3d剖杀大鼠,回收虫体,计数虫体回收数和虫囊数,计算检虫率及减虫率,并与对照组比较。结果三氯苯达唑治疗A组和吡喹酮治疗A组童虫检虫率分别为(20.00±4.72)%和(21.33±5.58)%,与对照A组(40.00±6.67)%比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三氯苯达唑治疗A组和吡喹酮治疗A组童虫减虫率分别为50.00%和46.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三氯苯达唑治疗B组和吡喹酮治疗B组成虫检虫率分别为(2.69±5.95)%和(22.60±8.95)%,与对照B组(53.33±9.43)%比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三氯苯达唑治疗B组和吡喹酮治疗B组成虫减虫率分别为87.50%和57.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相同剂量与疗程的三氯苯达唑和吡喹酮治疗斯氏狸殖吸虫感染均有效,其中两药物杀灭斯氏狸殖吸虫童虫效果相似,杀灭成虫效果三氯苯达唑优于吡喹酮。
Objective To observe the curative effect of triclabendazole and praziquantel on the treatment of Chlamydomonas spinosus in rats. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: triclabendazole treatment group A and group B, praziquantel treatment group A and group B, control group A and group B, with 5 rats in each group. The genus Synechocarcoma metacercariae infected by intraperitoneal injection of 6 groups of rats, each injection of 15 metacercariae. The rats in groups A and B were treated with the corresponding drugs at 30d and 60d after infection respectively. The rats were sacrificed on the 3rd day after the treatment, and the parasites were recovered, the number of recovered worms and the numbers of the worms were counted, and the rates of pest and worm reduction were calculated. Compared with the control group. Results Compared with control group A (40.00 ± 6.67)%, the detection rates of triclabendazole in group A and praziquantel treatment group A were (20.00 ± 4.72)% and (21.33 ± 5.58)%, respectively (P <0.05). The worm reduction rates of treatment group A with praziquantel and group A were 50.00% and 46.67%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The pest insects rates of group B and praziquantel B were (2.69 ± 5.95)% and (22.60 ± 8.95)%, respectively, compared with those of group B (53.33 ± 9.43)% (P <0.05). The worm reduction rates of group B and praziquantel for treatment B were 87.50% and 57.50%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Trichlorethylene and praziquantel are effective in the treatment of Pazufloxis serogroups at the same dosage and duration of treatment, and the killing effects of the two drugs on the schistosomula are similar, In praziquantel.
