利用高温静态压缩流变仪研究了半固态非枝晶组织Al-7%Si合金在固液两相区压缩变形时的液相分布。以不同应变率和变形量对小圆柱体试样进行压缩变形,试验结果发现应变率和变形量强烈影响挤压中半固态合金坯料的液相偏析。揭示了半固态金属成形过程中应变率和变形量对液相偏析影响的规律。
The liquid phase distribution of the semisolid dendritic Al-7% Si alloy during compression deformation in the solid-liquid two-phase region was studied by means of high-temperature static compression rheometer. The compressive deformation of small cylinder specimens at different strain rates and deformations results show that strain rate and deformation strongly influence the liquid phase segregation of the semi-solid alloy billet during extrusion. The influence of strain rate and deformation on liquid-phase segregation during semi-solid metal forming was revealed.
