黑木耳(Auricularia auricula),俗称木耳,其营养物质丰富,含有较高的蛋白质和矿物质,其胶体物质具有很强的吸附力,对促进胃中的纤维物质消化有一定作用,因此已被列为纺织工人的保健食品,在菜谱中也充当着重要角色。为了发展黑木耳生产,我们对黑木耳在液体培养基中生长的特性进行了观察研究,现将结果报告如下。
