为了建立干部队伍管理的长效机制,兖州市公安局自1998年始,在全局推行等级化管理新模式,其成效不仅在山东省公安系统,而且在全国公安系统都引起了强烈反响。济宁市公安局、山东省公安厅、国家公安部已先后在充州召开了等级化管理现场会,对其经验给予了充分肯定和高度评价。目前,这一改革模式已被公安部作为建立队伍管理长效机制的有效途径,在全国公安系统予以推广。
In order to establish a long-term mechanism for the management of cadres, Yanzhou Public Security Bureau has implemented a new hierarchical management pattern since 1998, and its effectiveness has aroused strong repercussions not only in the Shandong Provincial Public Security System but also in the national public security system. Jining Municipal Public Security Bureau, Shandong Provincial Public Security Department, Ministry of Public Security has held a state-level management on-site meetings in full charge and fully affirmed and spoke highly of its experience. At present, this reform model has been promoted by the Ministry of Public Security as an effective way to establish a long-term mechanism for team management in the national public security system.
