企业文化对企业的发展有着举足轻重的影响,若一个企业想要在竞争日益激烈的市场中脱颖而出,就必须借助良好的企业文化来整合企业资源,提高核心竞争力,才能更好更充分地满足客户对服务、对产品的需求。而良好企业文化的建立,与“以人为本”的理念有着千丝万缕的联系,只有企业有员工普遍地认可企业的价值观、行为准则以及信念体系,其才能称之为合理、优良的企业文化。因此,本文就主要通过对我国各大型企业的考察,具体分析以人为本企业文化的价值生态及构建,以期能为相关领域人员带来些许参考。
