针对流域梯级水电站优化调度的特点,提出了计及ATC影响的梯级水电站优化调度模型。根据电网典型运行方式和上一时间段的调度情况,利用最优潮流计算水电上网通道的ATC容量。将ATC容量约束直接引入到梯级水电站优化调度模型中,利用粒子群优化算法的全局寻优能力对梯级水电站中长期优化调度进行寻优。以四川某流域梯级的4个电站优化调度为例,计算结果表明采用所建模型和方法能够有效提高梯级水电站发电量和发电收益。
In view of the characteristics of the optimal operation of cascaded hydropower stations, an optimal scheduling model of cascaded hydropower stations considering ATC is proposed. According to the typical operation mode of the power grid and the scheduling of the previous period, the ATC capacity of hydropower access channels is calculated by using the optimal power flow. The ATC capacity constraint is directly introduced into the optimal scheduling model of cascaded hydropower stations. The optimization of long-term optimal operation of cascaded hydropower stations is optimized by using the global optimization ability of particle swarm optimization algorithm. Taking the optimal scheduling of four hydropower stations in a river basin in Sichuan as an example, the calculation results show that the proposed model and method can effectively improve the power generation and yield of cascaded hydropower stations.
