采用(-)~(125)I-心得静为特异配基的β受体结合分析研究表明,知母可抑制甲亢小鼠模型心肌β受体数的增加。用BAlpM不可逆阻断已存在的β受体后,测定不同时间间隔心肌细胞膜β受体数,计算出各动力学参数。知母可使甲亢小鼠心肌β受体生成速率降低48%;降解速率常数降低35%。知母对生成的抑制超过对降解的抑制,结果使甲亢模型的β受体数显著降低,接近正常值。
Β-receptor binding assay using (-) ~ (125) I-epirubicin as specific ligand showed that Anemarrhenae rhynchophylla could inhibit the increase of myocardial β-receptor in hyperthyroidism mouse model. After irreversible blockade of the existing beta receptors by BAlpM, the number of beta receptors in the myocardial cell membrane was measured at different time intervals and the kinetic parameters were calculated. Anemarrhenae can reduce the myocardial β-adrenergic receptor production rate by 48% and the degradation rate constant by 35%. Anemarrhenae inhibited the generation more than the inhibition of degradation, resulting in a marked decrease in the number of beta receptors in the hyperthyroidism model, approaching normal values.
