现根据《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求》,对目前高等职业专科非英语专业英语教学与学生学习状态进行了十个方面分析,即:意识到英语重要性,但惰于继续学习;学习动机和目标不明确;学习基础参差不齐;学习英语有心理障碍;学习方法欠缺“高职化”;教学风格与教学手段影响学习效果;缺少从书本走到实践的锻炼;学习英语氛围不浓;专业英语学习理念淡薄;未实现向学习语言文化的转变。通过分析现状,引起对提高高职学院英语教学质量的重视以及对英语教学进行适度改革的思考。
According to “Basic Principles of Teaching English Curriculum for Higher Vocational Education”, this paper analyzes the current non-English major teaching and students’ learning status of higher vocational colleges, namely: they are aware of the importance of English but are still in continuous learning; Learning motivation and goals are not clear; learning base is uneven; learning English has psychological barriers; lack of learning methods “higher vocational education ”; teaching style and teaching methods affect learning outcomes; lack of exercise from book to practice; learning English The atmosphere is not strong; professional English learning philosophy is weak; unfulfilled to learn the language and culture changes. Through the analysis of the status quo, it raises some considerations on how to improve English teaching quality in higher vocational colleges and how to reform English teaching modestly.
