目的:采用超高效液相色谱法测定与比较重庆后山栀子和国内其他产区栀子中栀子苷和西红花苷-1的含量。方法:采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,流动相甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长238,440 nm,流速0.3 mL·min-1,柱温30℃。结果:栀子苷在0.008 1~1.300 g·L-1内呈良好线性(r=0.999 9),平均回收率99.6%(RSD 1.24%);西红花苷-1在0.008 7~1.392 g·L-1呈良好线性(r=0.999 9);平均回收率101.0%(RSD1.9%)。结论:该方法简便可靠,可为重庆后山栀子的品质评价与进一步开发利用提供科学的参考依据。
Objective: To determine and compare the content of geniposide and crocin in Gardenia jasminoides in Chongqing and other gardenia in China by ultra performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). METHODS: Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mm × 50 mm, 1.7 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid and gradient elution. The detection wavelength was at 238,440 nm and the flow rate was 0.3 mL · min- ℃. Results: Geniposide showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 99.6% (RSD 1.24%) in the range of 0.008 1 ~ 1.300 g · L -1; cropexin-1 was in the range of 0.008 7 ~ 1.392 g · L-1 showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 9); the average recovery was 101.0% (RSD 1.9%). Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, which can provide scientific reference for the quality evaluation and further development and utilization of Gardenia jasminoides in Chongqing.
