对经肾活检确诊的30例肾炎病人应用单克隆抗体、间接免疫酶标技术检测肾组织中的前-S_2(Pre-S_2)蛋白,同时对肾脏中的HBsAg、HBeAg及血清HBsag、HBeAg、抗HBs、抗HBe、抗HBc进行了观察。结果显示,7/22例原发性肾炎、6/8例狼疮性肾炎病人的肾小球中有Pre-S_2蛋白沉积,分布于毛细血管袢和(或)系膜区,其分布与肾炎类型、肾组织中免疫球蛋白、补体沉积的多少有关。肾脏中Pre-S_2蛋白的沉积与相同部位HBsAg的沉积有联系,与HBeAg的沉积无关。膜性肾病时,Pre-S_2蛋白的沉积与病毒血症有良好的相关性。狼疮性肾炎时Pre-S_2蛋白的沉积很可能是非特异性的。
Thirty cases of nephritis diagnosed by renal biopsy were used to detect the Pre-S_2 protein in kidney by indirect immunoenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Meanwhile, the levels of HBsAg, HBeAg, HBsAg, HBeAg, HBs, anti-HBe, anti-HBc were observed. The results showed that Pre-S 2 protein was found in glomeruli in 7 of 22 patients with primary glomerulonephritis and in 6 of 8 patients with lupus nephritis, distributed in the capillary loop and / or mesangial area, , Kidney tissue immunoglobulin, complement deposition on how much. The Pre-S 2 protein deposition in the kidney correlated with the deposition of HBsAg at the same site, regardless of the deposition of HBeAg. Membranous nephropathy, Pre-S 2 protein deposition and viremia have a good correlation. Pre-S 2 protein deposition in lupus nephritis is likely to be nonspecific.
