There is a New Year’s Eve in Yantai. The name is not known but it has deep magic. Who knows, in this roadway, every day at sunrise and sunset there will be a heart-rending scene. A dozen or so nephews who lived in a silent world were rushed by parents who looked dignified and then rushed away. Those children who still do not know what is in pain and sorrow, are still jumping with a pure smile, and they draw like a group of happy birds. On the 14th of Xinchun Lane, a few houses on the third floor of a wing building are where the dozens of deaf children spend their entire day-- Yantai Linger Language Training and Rehabilitation Center. This is a world of miracles and a corner overlooked and forgotten by many normal people.
