杭州市原有道路设计标准较低,结构也不尽合理。随着经济建设的发展,道路车流量和轴载都有明显的增长。道路维修量的增加也使维修与交通的矛盾日趋突出。为此,1991年8月首次尝试对延安路南段的解放路人行天桥至开元路口的沥青混凝土路面进行夜间作业大修,采用铣、运、铺、压各道工序机械化联合作业施工。整个工程作业时间为38小时,完成

With the development of economic construction, both the traffic volume of the road vehicles and the axle load have obviously increased. The increase of road maintenance also makes the contradiction between maintenance and transportation more and more prominent. To this end, in August 1991 for the first time attempt to Yan’an Road, the southern section of Jiefang Road pedestrian bridge to Kaiyuan intersection asphalt pavement for night work overhaul, using milling, transportation, paving, pressing various processes of mechanized joint construction. The whole project work time is 38 hours to complete
