目的:研究肺经草乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从肺经草的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:白芷素(Ⅰ)、异阿魏醛(Ⅱ)、12-hydroxybakuchiol(Ⅲ)、22-angeloyl-R1-barrigenol(Ⅳ)、5,6,7,8,4’-五甲氧基黄酮(Ⅴ)、3,5,6,7,8,3’,4’-七甲氧基黄酮(Ⅵ)、isobavachin(Ⅶ)、异甘草素(Ⅷ)、呋喃(2″,3″,7,6)-4’-羟基二氢黄酮(Ⅸ)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of pulmonary ethoresolate. Methods: The constituents were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column. Their structures were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data analysis. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of P. chinensis and identified as: Angelica (Ⅰ), Isoferoxal (Ⅱ), 12-hydroxybakuchiol (Ⅲ), 22-angeloyl-R1-barrigenol (Ⅳ), 5,6,7,8,4’-pentamethoxyflavone (Ⅴ), 3,5,6,7,8,3 ’, 4’-heptamethoxyflavone (Ⅵ), isobavachin (Ⅶ), isoliquiritigenin (Ⅷ) and furan (2 “, 3”, 7,6) -4’-hydroxyflavone (Ⅸ). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
