眼性头位异常包括:屈光不正、弱视、斜视、先天性眼球震颤及先天性眼球运动性运用不能(congenital ocular motor apraxia)等感觉及6动系统的异常。此外还有各项检查均无异常发现,一看电视即出现头位异常者。足立氏称之为“侧视症状”。1967年及1968年在日本曾报告,此病与眼位性眼球震颤及先天性眼球运动性运用不能关系密切,但后来经眼科及小儿科研究结果,发现二者迥然不同。临床特点:平时头位正常,眼位、眼球运动
