目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法用于同时测定他唑巴坦和头孢他啶的含量。方法 采用Zorbax 30 0SB C1 8色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH =5 6 ) ,检测波长为 2 2 0nm。结果 他唑巴坦和头孢他啶分别在 0 6 2 - 6 31 8μg·mL- 1 和0 6 6 - 6 77 5 μg·mL- 1 内呈线性关系 ,平均加样回收率分别为 98 8%- 1 0 1 4 %和 99 1 %- 1 0 0 2 %,日内和日间精密度分别为0 2 %- 1 5 %和 0 1 %- 2 6 %。结论 该法简单、精确、快速、重复性好 ,可以满足其原料和制剂的质量控制要求。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of tazobactam and ceftazidime. Methods The Zorbax 30 0SB C1 8 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol phosphate buffer (pH = 5 6) and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results There was a linear relationship between tazobactam and ceftazidime at concentrations of 0 6 2 - 6 31 8 μg · mL -1 and 0 6 6 - 6 77 5 μg · mL -1, respectively. The average recoveries of tazobactam and ceftazidime were 98 8% -1 0 1 4% and 99 1% -100 02% respectively. The intra- and inter-day precision was 0.2% -1.5% and 0 1% -26%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, rapid and reproducible, which can meet the quality control requirements of raw materials and preparations.
