本文研究了在亚硝基R盐存在下,银取代亚铁氰化钠的显色反应。研究表明,显色适宜酸度pH=4和pH=6,络合物最大吸收波长为620nm,银含量在0—100μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。此方法可用于一般地质样品中微量银的测定。
This article studies the color reaction of silver-substituted sodium ferrocyanide in the presence of nitroso-R salt. The results showed that the optimal pH for color development was pH = 4 and pH = 6, the maximum absorption wavelength of complex was 620 nm, Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0-100 μg / 25ml. This method can be used for the determination of trace silver in general geological samples.
