用干法灰化处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定山楂中9种微量元素Fe、Cu、Ca、Zn、Mn、Mg、Se、Cr和Pb的含量。结果表明:除Cr、Pb和Cu未检出外,山楂中6种微量元素Fe、Ca、Zn、Mn、Mg和Se的含量分别为31.70,1 359.58,5.07,8.01,165.91和32.51μg/g。在试验浓度范围内,各元素的线性关系良好,加标回收率(n=3)在96.64%~103.83%之间,检出限在0.004 4~0.039μg/m L之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.35%~3.10%之间。该方法操作简单,具有良好的精密度和准确度,适于山楂中微量元素的含量测定。
The contents of nine trace elements Fe, Cu, Ca, Zn, Mn, Mg, Se, Cr and Pb in hawthorn were determined by dry ashing treatment and flame atomic absorption spectrometry.
