回转式贴标机上胶工位凸轮曲线是上胶均匀性的重要影响因素,合理设计该凸轮曲线是保证贴标质量的关键。根据滚柱运动规律分析,设计一种新的上胶工位凸轮曲线,分析该凸轮曲线对取标板摆动均匀性和取标板与胶辊间隙值的影响。结果表明用五次项修正的等速运动规律设计的新型凸轮曲线能同时提高上胶过程中取标板摆动的均匀性并减小取标板与胶辊间隙值,提高上胶均匀性。
Rotary labeler gluing station cam curve is an important factor in the uniformity of the glue, the rational design of the cam curve is to ensure the quality of labeling the key. According to the rule of roller movement, a new cam curve of glue station was designed, and the influence of the cam curve on the evenness of the sample plate and the gap between the standard plate and roller was analyzed. The results show that the new cam curve designed by the constant velocity motion of the fifth-order term can improve the uniformity of the wobble plate and reduce the gap between the standard plate and the cot and improve the glue uniformity.
