重庆市大同路小学除一、六年級是全日制外,二至五年級都是二部制。过去学校虽为二部制学生組織了校外少年之家,但由于儿童居住分散,到少年之家活动往返不便,教师輔导不深入,加上少年之家活动贫乏,不能吸引儿童,因此,全校有三分之一的少年之家未能巩固下来;大多数少年之家只是組織学生做做功課,未能很好地丰富和活跃儿童的課余校外生活。为了提高儿童的学习成績,培养儿童的良好品德,促进儿童健康地成长,自一九五九年下期开始,大同路小学重視了校外少年之家的工作。他們試行“四对口”(把同一街道、同一年級的学生,編在同一班上,参加同一个少年之家)的办法,調整了組織;明确了班主任輔导少年之家的責任,加强了对少年之家
Datong Road Primary School in Chongqing, except one, the sixth grade is full-time, second to fifth grade are two. Although in the past schools had organized off-campus youth homes for students of two departments, the school was not able to attract children because of scattered children, inconvenient trips to and activities of young people's homes, inadequate counseling by teachers, and lack of mobility for young people. As a result, One-third of teenagers 'homes have not been able to be consolidated; most young boys' homes simply organize students to do their homework, failing to well enrich and motivate children's extracurricular life beyond school. In order to improve the academic performance of children, foster the good character of children and promote the healthy growth of children, Datong Road Primary School has attached importance to the work of off-campus youth homes since the latter part of 1959. They adjusted their organization by trying out the “Four Opposites” (the same street, students of the same grade, in the same class and in the same juvenile home); clarified the responsibility of the head teacher to coach the juvenile home and strengthened the Junior home
