目的:研究苏州市若干家医院工作场所暴力事件的现状,包括对如下情况进行描述,1)苏州市医院暴力事件发生的类型、施暴人群等;2)苏州市医院护士对暴力事件的认知态度,最后提出减少暴力事件医院应该采取的措施。方法:选取苏州市3家医院,采用《医院工作场所暴力事件调查问卷》进行调查。总共发放问卷289份,实际回收209份。对所收集数据进行统计分析(描述统计和卡方检验)。结果:在209名被调查的护士及其医生中,在过去的12个月中有82.2%的人受到来自患者、患者家属、探视者的不同性质的伤害,其中以语言攻击为主,占74.7%。结果发现,除了“无影响、失眠、自杀念头、其他”四个选项无差异外,其余八个选项是有显著性差异的,女性受影响更大。暴力多发生在白班、病房;施暴者特点是粗暴无理,素质太低;施暴原因往往是,不合理要求被拒绝;护士的应对方式主要是“耐心解释”和“忍让回避”。结论:医院环境下的暴力发生有突发性也有必然性,建议加强管理,必要时需报警,以减少医院工作场所暴力危害程度和降低对医院的不利影响。
Objectives: To study the current situation of workplace violence in several hospitals in Suzhou City, including description of 1) types of violent incidents in hospitals in Suzhou City, violent crowd, etc .; 2) nurses’ attitudes toward violence in Suzhou City Finally, the hospital should reduce the violence measures should be taken. Methods: Three hospitals in Suzhou City were selected and investigated using “Questionnaire on Violence in the Hospital Workplace”. A total of 289 questionnaires were issued and 209 copies were actually collected. The data collected for statistical analysis (description of statistics and chi-square test). Results: Of the 209 surveyed nurses and their doctors, 82.2% of the patients in the past 12 months received different types of injuries from patients, their families and visitors, of which 74.7 %. The results showed that, in addition to “no effect, insomnia, suicidal thoughts, other ” no difference between the four options, the other eight options are significantly different, women are more affected. Violence occurred in the day shift, ward; perpetrators are characterized by gross and unreasonable, the quality is too low; often because of violence, unreasonable demands were rejected; nurse’s coping style is mainly “patient interpretation” and “forbearance avoidance ”. Conclusions: Violence in the hospital environment is both emergent and inevitable. It is suggested to strengthen management and call the police if necessary to reduce the harm of violence in the hospital workplace and reduce the adverse impact on the hospital.
