正如“高大衔接”和“高大协同”这两个术语在世纪之交以来的日本教育界广泛流行所表明的那样,中等教育与高等教育衔接问题近年来在日本已经成为热点话题。“高大协同”是在世纪之交以来的日本“高大衔接”由重视“选拔功能”向重视“教育功能”转变的过程中,作为“教育衔接”的重要手段而兴起与发展起来的。针对高中生和大学生开展的内容丰富、形式多样的“高大协同”活动对于促进“高大衔接”具有重要的意义,但是在协同合作共识的建立和协同合作体制机制的构建等方面还存在若干问题需要解决。
