一段时期以来,对于森工林区如何实现产业转型发展,我进行了一些思考和探索。党的十八大,把生态文明建设纳入“五位一体”整体布局,加大森林生态资源的保护培育力度,被摆上突出战略地位。因此,产业转型发展,就成为了实现森工林区可持续发展的有效途径。 Since a period of time, I have made some thinking and exploration on how to realize the industrial transformation and development of the Forest Industry Region. The 18th National Congress of the CPC put the construction of ecological civilization under the overall arrangement of “the five in one” and intensified the efforts in the protection and cultivation of forest ecological resources, placing it in a prominent strategic position. Therefore, the industrial transformation and development has become an effective way to achieve the sustainable development of forest area.
