参照美国材料试验标准ASTME96-80,研制了用干燥剂法测量保冷材料水蒸汽渗透率(W_(VT))的试验装置,建立了材料水蒸汽渗透性能测试方法及规范,为保冷材料及结构的水蒸汽渗透性能研究提供了有效的手段;利用此装置测试了常用保冷材料的水蒸汽渗透率,为保冷结构的设计及选材提供了可靠的数据。测试结果表明:常用的保冷绝热材料:泡沫玻璃、聚乙烯泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫的水蒸汽渗透率均不为0,从而明确了在保冷结构中必须设置防潮、隔汽层;在此基础上对常用的保冷材料与各种防潮隔汽材料组合而成的保冷结构的水蒸汽渗透性能进行了试验研究,结果表明:目前常用的沥青玛蹄脂并非是最理想的防潮隔汽材料,而铝箔牛皮纸、铝箔玻纤布及铝箔玻璃钢才是理想的防潮隔汽层材料。
