近年来在临床和实验中,发现急性短暂的心肌缺血重灌注后其收缩性常有恢复障碍,甚者可导致心泵衰竭和心律失常。本实验目的在于探讨NTG对急性短暂缺血和再灌注后血肌收缩性有何影响。材料与方法雄性家兔68只,1.8~2.6kg,随机分成四组:第Ⅰ组假手术输生理盐水;第Ⅱ组假于术输NTG;第Ⅲ组心肌缺血输生理盐水;第Ⅳ组心肌缺血NTG。家兔以20%乌拉坦5ml/kg静脉全麻,维持肛温37~39℃,0.1%肝素3ml/kg耳缘静脉注入,全身抗凝。兔仰位固定,气管插管,自主呼吸。自左侧颈
