采用正交试验法研究了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、矿粉掺量、硅灰掺量4个因素对高性能混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响,结果表明:水胶比和硅灰对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响显著,影响大小依次:为水胶比>硅灰掺量>矿粉掺量>粉煤灰掺量;综合考虑抗压强度和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能时,影响因素依次为:水胶比>硅灰掺量>粉煤灰掺量>矿粉掺量。根据方差分析与极差分析得出抗硫酸盐侵蚀混凝土的最佳配合比,用总功效系数法得出兼顾抗压强度与抗硫酸盐性能的高性能混凝土。
The effects of water / cement ratio, fly ash content, mineral powder content and silica fume content on the sulfate resistance of high performance concrete were studied by orthogonal test. The results showed that the water / The effect on the sulfate resistance of the concrete is significant, and the order of the influence is: water-cement ratio> silica fume content> mineral powder content> fly ash content. When considering compressive strength and sulfate resistance, The factors were as follows: water-cement ratio> silica fume content> fly ash content> mineral powder content. According to the analysis of variance and range analysis, the best mixture ratio of sulfate attacking concrete is obtained, and the high performance concrete with both compressive strength and sulfate resistance is obtained by total efficiency coefficient method.
