我国古代流传下来的二十四节气,对大自然一年四季的运行规律做了精辟的概括,对民众进行生产、生活具有极大的指导意义,堪称民族智慧的结晶。特别值得一提的是,古人把节气变化与饮食养生结合起来,做了详尽的论述,像“春不食肝,夏不食心,秋不食肺,冬不食肾……乃顺天理”等等,都值得老年人在生活中参照。于是从本期开始,我们将按照节气时令,向读者提供一些应时的利好食材,并刊登一些适合当令节气并且制作简单的菜谱,供读者烹饪时参阅。当然,菜谱汗牛充栋,受篇幅所限,我们只能选取适合本刊读者的介绍给您,希望您喜欢。
The twenty-four solar terms handed down in ancient China made a brilliant summary of the laws governing the operation of nature throughout the year and are of great guiding significance to the production and livelihood of the people. They are the crystallization of national wisdom. Particularly worth mentioning is that the ancients combined solar terms with diet regimen, made a detailed exposition, like “spring does not eat liver, summer does not eat heart, autumn does not eat lungs, winter does not eat kidney ... ”And so on, are worth the elderly in life reference. From the beginning of this issue, we will provide our readers with timely and good food ingredients according to seasonal weather conditions. We will also publish some recipes that are suitable for seasonal and temperate production and are ready for readers’ cooking.
