广西某单位在岩石的开凿工程中,有大理岩石方两块,每块长4.2米、宽2.4米、厚0.38米,重量各为18吨。为解决石方安装的安全起吊问题必须在每块石方厚度的中间平面内各打三个φ35毫米、深2.4米的水平孔,然后穿入钢筋,灌注水泥才能安全起吊。设计要求开孔与终孔的中心线误差不得超过20毫米,同时要求只能用岩心钻,不能使用其它方式钻进。更主要的是由于工件重量太大,不便搬动,只能按原有水平位置钻孔。该项任务交给我队后,经研究决定利用争光—10型取样钻小巧轻便的特点,施工此项工程钻孔。我们进行了适当的改装,顺利完成了任务,为利用取样钻打工程水平孔取得了一定经验。
In the rock excavation project of a certain unit in Guangxi, there are two Dali rock blocks, each measuring 4.2 meters long, 2.4 meters wide and 0.38 meters thick, each weighing 18 tons. In order to solve the problem of safe lifting of stone installations, three horizontal holes of φ35 mm and a depth of 2.4 m must be drilled in the middle plane of the thickness of each stone, and then penetrated into the steel bars to ensure safe lifting. The design requires that the centerline error between the hole and the final hole should not exceed 20mm. At the same time, it is required that only the core drill can be used, and no other method can be used for drilling. What’s more important is that because the weight of the workpiece is too large, it is inconvenient to move and it can only be drilled in the original horizontal position. After this task was handed over to our team, after the study decided to use the characteristics of the Zhengguang-10 Sampling Drill for compact and lightweight construction, this project was drilled. We have carried out appropriate modifications and successfully completed our mission. We have obtained some experience in using sampling drilling to drill horizontal hole in the project.
