Blood urea nitrogen is to assess the functional status of athletes, the amount of exercise and exercise load adaptability of a sensitive indicator. Blood Hl is to assess the exercise intensity, anaerobic metabolism and aerobic metabolism of common indicators. These two biochemical indicators are of great importance to the scientific training of athletic training. However, these two indicators, must be measured by the blood. In a training process, many times (before and after exercise) blood, not only trouble, and athletes fear, unwilling to cooperate. To this end, we attempted to collect 0.02 ml of whole blood at one time, while measuring the two biochemical indicators, made the following experiment. Using the modified B method and the original method of measuring blood urea nitrogen (referred to as A), and the original method of measuring blood Hl (C) were measured at the same time blood urea nitrogen and blood Hl, for comparison. Experimental results: using the modified B method. The measured blood urea nitrogen or blood Hl content (mg%), and already reported the original method measured data are basically the same.
