大吉山钨矿选矿厂近两年来,对厂内水路进行了改进。通过半年多的生产实践证明,水路改进取得了良好的效果。他们主要采取了如下几种措施。1.用高效水泵代替老式水泵。过去三个系统需开2台225千瓦和1台180千瓦的水泵,合计功率630千瓦/时。采用高效水泵后,只需开1台300千瓦和1台180千瓦的水泵,合计功率480千瓦/时。改进后,可节约水泵开动功率150千瓦/时,一年可节电108万度,计7.56万元。一年即可收回水路改进的全部投资。备用水泵为保证生产正常运行创造了条件。2.改三个系统全供水为分系统供水。在重选原矿不足或电力不足时,过去开一、两个系统,供
